Trang An eco-tourism area is located in the east of Ninh Binh province, with a total area of nearly 2000 hectares, divided into 5 main functional areas: special conservation area (Hoa Lu ancient capital area), central area, cave area cave, tourist service area, Bai Dinh pagoda mountain spiritual area. The whole area has 47 historical sites with many caves hidden in the limestone mountains, valleys and interwoven underground river system creating a fanciful and poetic space. With hundreds of large and small statues, Bai Dinh (Gia Vien, Ninh Binh) is considered one of the largest and most numerous pagodas in Vietnam.
DAY 1 | HANOI - BAI DINH - TRANG AN
8:00: Car and tour guide pick you up at the meeting point and depart for Bai Dinh Pagoda, Trang An area (120km south of Hanoi).
10:30: Arrive at the ceremony at Bai Dinh Pagoda - the largest temple in Vietnam, this temple soon became famous with many records: The whole campus of Bai Dinh pagoda has an area of 107ha. In which, the Temple of Tam The and Phap Chu is thousands of square meters wide; At this temple, there is the largest bronze statue of Buddha Tathagata in Southeast Asia weighing 100 tons and three statues of Tam The, each weighing 50 tons...
12:30: Return to the restaurant to rest for lunch, enjoy Ninh Binh specialties.
13h30: The car takes you to the wharf, get on a boat to go along the stream to visit Trang An tourist area - where the limestone strips, valleys and rivers intertwine to create a fanciful and mysterious space. You sit on the boat to visit the caves with very special stalactite shapes such as: Dark cave, Sang cave, Nau Ruou cave, Sinh cave, Si cave, Ba Giot cave, Dia Linh cave... Majestic scenery, Magnificent is likened to Ha Long on land.
16h00: You get on the bus to start going back to Hanoi.
18h30: You return to Hanoi. The tour guide bid farewell to the group and hope to see you again in the next trips.
